After relocating to Denver in 2009, Garett Palecek spent years cultivating both supplier connections and community relationships before finally opening Curds Cheese in November of 2016. Curds Cheese is Historic Downtown Littleton's newest shop, and as a proud member of the Historic Downtown Littleton Merchants (HDLM), we love every opportunity to interact with our customers as we provide them with the freshest, most delicious ingredients.
