Yvonne Marie's Patisserie

Yvonne Marie’s Patisserie was established in 2012 by gifted pastry chef, Yvonne Lipson, second place winner of the One Bite Challenge in the 2016 Taste of Evergreen. She rents a commissary kitchen which is located in the Main Lodge at Conifer Community Park at Beaver Ranch where everything is baked to order. Chef Yvonne specializes in cakes that are moist and tender and beautifully designed. Whether you prefer a rich decadent chocolate cake or a bright fresh lemon cake, you can be sure that your cake will be freshly made from scratch using the finest ingredients and only natural flavors. Between tart raspberry to luscious caramel to silky chocolate ganache, deciding on a filling might be a challenge, but no matter which one you choose, you will not be disappointed. Top it with a delectable buttery buttercream frosting, and you have the perfect combination.
