Permanently Closed.. We are a family-owned traditional farmhouse brewery based in Parker, CO. Everything we do–from building our brewery to making the beer–we do with our own hands. We make true craft beer. We take pride in not only producing the best craft beer but also putting enough in it to suit our custom four-thousand-square-foot building we made from Colorado beetle-kill pine. That means big, ornate beer. And why not? The best isn’t always for everyone!

Under the guidance of master brewer and construction engineer Aubrey Hall, our family has pulled together to make something special. We would love you to seek out our beer, try it on for size, and eventually come and visit us out in the country on a destination tour (TBA).
