Wilderness on Wheels

Wilderness On Wheels (WOW) provides Access to Nature for people of all abilities, their families and caregivers. Nestled at the base of Kenosha Pass, WOW offers a one-mile long, eight foot wide boardwalk that rises to 9,200 feet, fishing pond, 13 campsites, 5 huts and 2 cabins - all wheelchair accessible.

WOW is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with no paid staff. We are entirely supported by donations and volunteers. To date, over 116,000 hours have been invested in the project by some 3,500 volunteers!
