The Squeaky Bean Farm + Table

We honor the flavors that come from the farm. We take simple, humble ingredients grown at local farms, including ours, Acres at Warren Tech, shining a spotlight on them in unexpected ways. Like when a quiet, unassuming girl takes the mic at a talent show and brings the whole house down. It's the "I didn't see that coming, and I love it” moment.

Led by Chef Darren Pusateri and his team, our chefs often play with a single ingredient, and express it several ways in one dish, so every beautiful nuance can be savored. Often we'll pair distinctly different flavors that, when combined, create something altogether new. No matter the preparation, each dish is crafted with respect, appreciation, and a big shout-out to the land and its bounty. Holla, beets!
