WE'RE NOT UPSET ABOUT TERIYAKI. WE'RE JUST CRAZY, MAD IN LOVE WITH IT. LIKE, WE WOULD MARRY IT IF WE COULD, BUT IT'S ILLEGAL IN 42 STATES.

Our love affair began in Seattle. Yes, the magical city by the sea (hence the name), where you can find everything from grunge rock to a coffee shop on just about every corner. This is where we discovered the delicious secret of authentic, Seattle Teriyaki.

Through years spent mastering marinating, grilling, chopping and wok-ing, we made bowls that are as hearty and delicious as they are healthy.

Thus, we landed on a set of principles that would become our commandments of Madness:
