Old Major

Brunson & Co. is the collection of Denver chef/owner Justin Brunson's restaurants, including: Masterpiece Deli, Denver Bacon Company, Old Major, Royal Rooster @ Old Major, Masterpiece Kitchen, and Culture Meat & Cheese. Born and raised in a farming family in Iowa, Justin spent his childhood gardening, hunting and fishing. These activities along with his agricultural roots instilled a passion for food, it's sourcing, preparation and presentation.

Starting in 2008 with Masterpiece Deli, Justin redefined the sandwich shop in Denver. With his background and training in fine cuisine, he created Masterpiece Deli's ‘Fine Dining Between Bread' concept and refused to compromise on quality, portions or ingredients.
