El Noa Noa Restaurant was founded in May of 1980 by Mr. and Mrs. Raul and Hortencia Medina. The restaurant got its name from a song that was written and sung by Juan Gabriel called El Noa Noa. The song is about a nightclub in Juarez, Mexico which had live entertainment; a very popular upscale dance place to go to where Juan Gabriel became famous. The Medina’s liked the song so much and the story behind it that they decided to name their restauran
