With a nod to turn of the century American soda fountain culture, Poka Lola reinvents the every-man's
cocktail bar. Located in the Dairy Block, the bar is a place at once to open your palette or to enjoy your favorite standby. Specialty sodas using locally sourced seasonal ingredients are bottled on site for use in crafted cocktails, to enjoy on their own, or to take home.

The essence of the bar from its playful name down to the details of the interior and the menu is simple: It's an inviting meeting place with an element of intrigue and discovery, a beginning point or an end point to an evening out; it respects the past and draws inspiration from it, but never takes itself too seriously.
