Lucha Cantina at the Red Ram

Throw and his mate Chris Verikas, a Southbury, CT local, found the Historic Red Ram eatery and figured it would be a fine plan to open a greater, badder Lucha in the minor mountain town of Georgetown, Colorado. Lucha Georgetown opened in December of 2011 and the city has never been happier.In 2013, Chuck's companion and previous partner Joshua Binning opened a brand spankin' new Lucha in Rockford, Illinois. Lucha Cantina Rockford is an excellent space, with a great, agreeable bar and a tremendous yard.

We use only pure, natural ingredients. No lard, no MSG, nothing partially-hydrogenated. We don’t like that stuff at all. Good meats & veggies, from as close to home as we could find. Our beef is grass-fed and braised for six hours.
