Casey’s (named after the famous Irish Writer Sean O’ Casey), has been on the corner of 29th and Quebec in the Stapleton Town Center for over 10 years, Opened during the building of one of Denver’s newest communities, Casey’s has grown alongside the families that have made Stapleton the wonderful place it is to live, work, or call home. Casey’s beautiful wooden Victorian bar and expansive dining area, caters to all discerning guests, our large patio is a must visit during the warm summer months, and our nod towards our sporting customers who enjoy, local and international Rugby, International soccer and Australian rules football, makes Casey’s a fun and lively place during international competitions.
A modern interpretation of Ireland’s infamous pubs, Casey’s menu features traditional Irish fare and American favorites like shepherd’s pie, pot-steamed mussels, corned beef and cabbage, and the ever-favorite fish and chips. Lighter fare including fresh made soups, salads and sandwiches, rounds out the menu. Kids love Casey’s too with its fun children’s menu featuring kiddie fish and chips, shepherd’s pie and grilled cheese sandwiches.
