J Wells Brewery is the destination for small batch, handcrafted beer made in the greatest nano brewery in Boulder. Our master brewers have spent years fine-tuning our craft beers and are always developing new brews and seasonal offerings while continuing to craft longstanding favorites. Bring your dogs and your friends or come by and meet new ones in our taproom, a garage-style warehouse filled with 14 taps, cornhole, ping pong, and board games, awesome people, and low-key vibes. And with a taproom that's available for private events, we're making it easy to plan a gathering your guests won't forget.

James Wells, original owner and brewer, fine tuned his craft beers for years until forming J Wells Brewery, LLC in 2009. In 2012, the brewery grew again, moving to it's current location at 2516 49th Street, Suite # 5, Boulder, CO 80301.
